ROAST COLLECTION - Every Thursday in June

The secret to a perfect roast chicken is brine-roasting.
We'll be exploring different brine flavours each week throughout June and looking for your favourite!

Week 1 - Classic Salt
Week 2 - Citrus
Week 3 - Spiced
Week 4 - Herbed

Our roast chicken is served whole for two with local home-style vegetables. Enjoy with a glass of regional Victorian wine on the banks of the Yarra River every Thursday night.
